The EPTMC had as guest speaker Ray Mancera with its general membership on friday, Feb. 16, 2021. Ray provided an overview of the laws schools and demographics in Texas. Its evident that El Paso has been historically ignored when it came to placing a law school. This initiative aims to place a bill on the state legislative agenda to consider funding a new law in El Paso. The EPTMC members present overwhelmingly supported the initiative, and will be presenting a letter of support to Mr. Mancera.
